This policy explains how New Era Systems, LLC handles information when you visit odinpmp.com, join the waitlist, or use the OdinPMP app. Contact us at hello@odinpmp.com with privacy questions.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. A waitlist entry may include your name, email, company, company size, industry, comments, and beta interest. App use may include account details, workspace memberships, projects, tasks, comments, files, stakeholder details, bug reports, and support messages.
- Sign-in and technical information. We process information needed to authenticate you, including login method, session data, IP address, browser details, timestamps, and service logs.
- Connected services. If you enable a third-party integration, we process the account and content needed to provide that connection.
How we use information
We use this information to run and secure OdinPMP, provide requested features, manage accounts and workspaces, respond to support requests, send service messages and invitations, review waitlist entries, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
AI and third-party services
When you use an AI feature, the content needed for that request may be sent to the configured AI provider. If your workspace supplies its own provider key, that provider's terms and data practices also apply. We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, authentication, and other features needed to operate the service. Workspace members may see content according to their access rights. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Cookies and website resources
The app uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, and preferences. The marketing site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive standard request information such as your IP address and browser details. We do not use the marketing site to serve third-party advertising.
Retention and security
We keep information while it is needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational or legal purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, subject to backup and legal requirements. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can choose what you submit to the waitlist and whether to connect outside services. Workspace administrators control access to workspace content. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email hello@odinpmp.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as OdinPMP changes. We will post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date. Significant changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
