These terms govern your use of the OdinPMP website, waitlist, and app, operated by New Era Systems, LLC. By using OdinPMP, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.
Service and beta access
OdinPMP helps teams plan and manage projects. Some features are in beta and may change, be limited, or become unavailable. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, or any particular feature.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity through your account. Tell us at hello@odinpmp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You and your organization retain ownership of the information you submit to OdinPMP. You grant us permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and improve the service, support your use, and meet legal obligations. You are responsible for having the rights to submit that content and for choosing who can access it in your workspace.
Acceptable use
Do not use OdinPMP to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, distribute harmful code, interfere with other users, overload the service, or bypass security or access controls. We may restrict or suspend access when needed to protect the service or others.
AI output and connected services
AI-generated output can be incomplete or wrong. Review it before relying on it for business, technical, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions. If you enable an integration or use an outside AI provider, its own terms may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
OdinPMP materials
OdinPMP and its software, design, and branding belong to New Era Systems, LLC or its licensors. These terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of those materials.
Availability and warranties
We work to keep OdinPMP available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without warranties that are not expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, New Era Systems, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of OdinPMP. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we may also notify users through the service or by email. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to hello@odinpmp.com.
